Bonduelle: Monthly update of voting rights and shares
The Bonduelle Group has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital. As of January 31, 2026, Bonduelle has 32,630,114 shares outstanding. The total theoretical number of voting rights is 52,649,539.
However, the actual total, which includes shares without voting rights, is 52,082,590 voting rights. These figures are reported in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). Bonduelle's share capital amounts to €57,102,699.50.
