Bonduelle's April 2025 Share and Voting Rights Update
On April 30, 2025, Bonduelle reported the latest figures regarding its share capital and voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Market Authority.
The company declared a total of 32,630,114 shares forming its capital. These shares are linked to a theoretical total of 52,494,522 voting rights. However, the actual total number of voting rights stands slightly lower at 51,947,722. This discrepancy is due to shares that currently do not carry voting rights.
The administrative headquarters is located in Villeneuve d’Ascq, France, while the head office is in Renescure, France. Registered as a French S.C.A, Bonduelle's capital amounts to €57,102,699.50.
