BOOSTHEAT Corrects and Replaces its Financial Press Release

On May 14, 2025, BOOSTHEAT issued a correction to its initial press release. The company corrected information relating to the OCEANE issuance, impacting the potential creation of 108,649,381 shares. The stake of a 1% shareholder would thus decrease to 0.91%.

Thus, the previous issue of ORA and OCEANE had raised €8,695,000, generating 2,221,352,513 new shares. This figure could reach 800,936,058, changing a shareholder's stake from 1% to 0.152%.
