BOOSTHEAT raises €125,000 in funds
On June 27, 2025, BOOSTHEAT, a company specializing in energy efficiency, announced it had raised €125,000. This fundraising was achieved through the drawing of a tranche of 25 OCEANE bonds, subscribed by Impact Tech Turnaround Opportunities. This transaction is part of a contract established on November 6, 2024, allowing BOOSTHEAT to define a strategic roadmap under the leadership of its new CEO.
This issue could generate 94,123,228 new shares. A shareholder holding 1% of the capital would see their share decrease to 0.91% after the transaction. BOOSTHEAT has already raised €8,820,000 through similar transactions, with significant dilution reported in previous documents.
