Bourrelier Group 2024 Results
Bourrelier Group has published its results for 2024, revealing consolidated revenue of €300.1 million, up 1.8% compared to 2023. This growth is mainly due to the increased performance of distribution and investment activities, despite a slight decline in the hotel sector.
Current operating income decreased from -€0.3 million in 2023 to -€5.2 million in 2024, mainly due to challenges in the distribution and manufacturing sectors. At the same time, financial income improved to €13.1 million.
The outlook for 2025 is mixed, particularly in distribution, with a difficult start to the year. Ongoing litigation with JG Capital Management and Intergamma adds uncertainty to the group's balance sheet. Bourrelier Group plans to continue exploring investment opportunities while actively managing its current challenges.
