The dispute between Bourrelier Group and JG Capital Management has been closed.

Bourrelier Group announces the end of the litigation initiated in 2008 by JG Capital Management (JGCM). The Paris Court of Appeal issued a ruling in favor of Bourrelier on November 6, 2025, rejecting JGCM's claims and ordering it to pay costs. As no appeal was filed, the decision is final.

The dispute began after a simplified public takeover bid in 2007, aimed at delisting Bourrelier Group from the stock exchange. This process was blocked by legal proceedings for 18 years. The amounts at stake increased from €96 million in 2008 to €742 million in 2021.
