Discussion between telecom operators and the Altice Group

Bouygues Telecom, Free-Groupe iliad, and Orange have confirmed they are in discussions with the Altice Group regarding the potential acquisition of its telecommunications activities in France. The consortium has already begun due diligence since the beginning of January 2026. No legal or financial agreement has yet been reached.
