Branicks Group AG Concludes Extraordinary General Meeting of DIC REI
Branicks Group AG has successfully concluded the extraordinary general meeting of DIC Real Estate Investments GmbH & Co. KG (“DIC REI”) on 17 February 2026 in Frankfurt am Main. The meeting approved the control and profit transfer agreements involving VIB Vermögen AG and Branicks Group AG. These agreements were previously approved by the respective extraordinary general meetings of VIB Vermögen AG and Branicks Group AG on 12 and 13 February 2026. This completes the necessary resolutions for registering the agreements in the commercial register.
