Branicks Group AG Reports Strong Letting Performance in H1 2025

Branicks Group AG, a prominent real estate company in Germany, reported robust letting activity in the first half of 2025. They achieved a total letting performance of 214,700 sqm, marking an increase from 181,000 sqm in the same period last year. This includes 104,000 sqm of new lettings and 110,700 sqm from contract renewals.

Significant lettings were noted in both office and logistics sectors. The largest single deal was with EDUTAIN AG for a long-term lease of 32,500 sqm in Cologne. In the logistics sector, a major contract was secured with EgeSun GmbH for 26,699 sqm in the Bremen area.

"Our performance underscores the reliability of our operations, enhanced by our customer-centric approach," stated Sonja Wärntges, Chairwoman of the Executive Board. Branicks continues to leverage its expertise in managing both its own and institutional portfolios, reflecting consistent business growth.
