Branicks Group Secures New US Tenant for Zircon Tower

Branicks Group AG has signed a new lease with a listed US company for 3,083 square meters in the Zircon Tower, Wiesbaden. The lease term is set for three years in this prime location, noted for its proximity to major transport links like the main railway station and Frankfurt Airport.

The agreement, concluded in December, underscores the tower's appeal due to its flexible floor plans and prime position. This 18-storey building, completed in 1973, is the tallest in Wiesbaden after Marktkirche and features 350 parking spaces and a total usable area of 26,000 square meters.

Christian Fritzsche, COO of Branicks, expressed satisfaction at attracting another international tenant. He emphasized the successful combination of market expertise and international networks in creating advantageous agreements.
