Professor Dr Gerhard Schmidt Appointed Chairman of Branicks Group AG Supervisory Board

Branicks Group AG has announced the election of Professor Dr Gerhard Schmidt as Chairman of its Supervisory Board. This decision followed the resignation of Dr Angela Geerling from the board for personal reasons. Dr Schmidt, who has been with the board since 2002 and served in the Audit Committee, assumes his new role with a strong background in law and tax advisory.
