The Vanguard Group, Inc. has officially declared its position in the British Land Company plc through Form 8.3, adhering to Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. As of March 30, 2026, Vanguard disclosed ownership of 54,792,867 ordinary shares, representing a 5.48% stake in British Land.
