BROADPEAK SA: Liquidity Contract Review for the Second Half of 2025
On January 6, 2026, Broadpeak published the half-year report for the liquidity contract managed by TP ICAP (Europe). As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held 47,627 shares and €33,605.05 in cash. During the second half of 2025, 103,770 shares were purchased for €211,165.64 through 446 transactions. Concurrently, 97,803 shares were sold for €203,141.42 through 396 transactions. For comparison, the balance sheet as of June 30, 2025, showed 41,660 shares and €42,917.36. Since the launch of the new contract on July 12, 2022, TP ICAP has managed the liquidity contract under the authorization of the ACPR and the AMF. Broadpeak's next financial publication will take place on February 19, 2026.
