BTQ Technologies and ICTK Join Forces for Quantum-Secure Hardware

BTQ Technologies Corp. and ICTK Co., Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore joint development of quantum-secure hardware solutions. BTQ, known for its cryptographic expertise, will collaborate with ICTK, a pioneer in secure chip technologies, to tackle quantum threats to hardware security.

The partnership focuses on three key areas: developing secure cold wallets, integrating BTQ’s CASH cryptographic accelerator, and enhancing digital identity and IoT security. Objectives include adapting post-quantum cryptography into hardware and leveraging Physical Unclonable Functions (PUF) for enhanced security.

BTQ’s CEO Olivier Roussy Newton expressed the partnership's significance in creating future-proof, quantum-secure systems. Similarly, ICTK’s CEO Jungwon Lee highlighted the collaboration's potential to innovate new security solutions.
