BlackRock exceeds 5% of voting rights in Bureau Veritas

On April 17, 2025, Bureau Veritas announced that BlackRock, Inc., acting on behalf of clients and funds under management, has crossed the 5% voting rights threshold. This change was announced after BlackRock acquired shares in Bureau Veritas on April 16, 2025, increasing its stake to 6.54% of the capital and 5.08% of the voting rights.

This increase is the result of the purchase of shares on the market and the increase in the number of shares held as collateral. In total, BlackRock holds 29,666,653 Bureau Veritas shares. The investment manager generally exercises voting rights, unless otherwise indicated by clients.
