Bureau Veritas: Half-Yearly Report on the Liquidity Contract as of June 30, 2025

On July 21, 2025, Bureau Veritas published the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity agreement with Rothschild Martin Maurel. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account held 15,000 shares and €10,510,215. Since January 7, 2025, the date the agreement was implemented, 3,880,181 shares have been purchased for €111,320,894, while 4,001,491 shares have been sold for €114,949,282. Initially, on January 7, the account held 136,310 shares and €6,881,827.

This change follows the termination of the previous contract with BNP Paribas Exane on December 31, 2024. Bureau Veritas thus wished to renew its investment services provider to boost the market for its securities.
