VEOM Group: Update on share capital and voting rights

VEOM Group, a major player in the Smart Home sector, has communicated the figures relating to its share capital and voting rights as of February 28, 2025, in accordance with the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. The group announced that its share capital consists of 8,050,331 shares.

At the same time, the total number of theoretical voting rights stands at 8,629,841, while the number of exercisable voting rights stands at 8,571,824. VEOM Group, listed on Euronext Growth under the code ALVG, continues to strengthen its presence in the Smart Home sector via its Cabasse, Dio and Chacon brands.
