Cairn Homes Completes Share Buyback of 100,000 Ordinary Shares
On 2nd November 2026, Cairn Homes Plc executed a buyback of 100,000 ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. The transaction was facilitated by Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. Of the repurchased shares, 70,000 were acquired on Euronext Dublin and 30,000 on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be canceled following settlement.

Post-cancellation, Cairn Homes will have a total of 624,037,846 ordinary shares in circulation, each with one voting right. The company holds no treasury shares.
