Cairn Homes Plc has announced the purchase of 96,678 ordinary shares priced at EUR 0.001 each on 29th October 2026. The shares were acquired across Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through broker Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. Following this transaction, the repurchased shares will be canceled.
The split between exchanges includes 66,678 shares acquired on Euronext Dublin and 30,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange. Prices per share ranged from €2.7650 to €2.7850 on Euronext Dublin, and £2.3150 to £2.3300 on the London Stock Exchange. The buyback is part of a program initiated on 2nd September 2026.
