Cairn Homes Plc Initiates Share Buyback Programme
On September 29, 2026, Cairn Homes plc announced the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares as part of its share buyback initiative. The shares were acquired on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, facilitated by Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The repurchased shares will be canceled, reducing the total shares in circulation, which now number 626,426,995.
The transactions included 70,000 shares from Euronext Dublin and 30,000 from the London Stock Exchange. The highest price per share was €2.8050 and £2.4100, respectively. These purchases are part of a programme announced earlier in September.
Post-cancellation, no shares are held in treasury. Details of trades were conducted in compliance with regulation EU No 596/2014.
