Cairn Homes Plc Reports Growth in 2024 Financial Results

Cairn Homes Plc has announced its preliminary results for the year ending December 31, 2024. The company posted a robust performance with a return on equity (ROE) of 15.1%. Revenue increased by 29% to €859.9 million, and operating profit rose by 32% to €150 million. Basic earnings per share saw a 41% increase, rising to 17.9 cents.

The company maintained strong sales activity, with its closed and forward order book growing by 5% to 2,593 units, valued at €989 million. Cairn continued its efforts in sustainable construction, with 72% of new commencements on Biodiversity Net Gain sites, and received recognition through the Green Transformation Award.

Cairn completed a refinancing initiative, expanding its facilities and extending the duration to 2029. Looking ahead, the company expects 2025 to bring over 10% revenue growth and an operating profit of approximately €160 million, continuing its strategic focus on efficiency and sustainability.
