Cairn Homes Reports Strong First Half of 2025

Cairn Homes Plc has released its trading update for the first half of 2025, ending on 30 June. The company generated approximately €280 million from around 700 units, aligning with expectations. This performance follows the company's historically second-half weighted trading strategy.

The company has strengthened its order book to about 3,700 new homes valued at €1.4 billion, up from earlier figures. Additionally, Cairn launched eight new schemes in key Irish areas, benefiting from strong first-time buyer demand and a supportive government initiative for apartment ownership in Cork.

Cairn's strategic land acquisition will deliver around 2,000 homes in the medium term, alongside progressing joint ventures for an additional 1,500 units. The board plans to announce an interim dividend increase, reflecting a solid financial outlook with revenue growth projections exceeding 10%.
