Caldwell Appoints New COO and Regional Managing Partners
Caldwell Partners International, Inc., a retained executive search firm, has appointed John Blank as Chief Operating Officer. This strategic move aims to support the firm's growth and enhance operational effectiveness through a new regional managing partner structure.
In his role, Blank will oversee global operations and continue serving clients in the Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice. He will focus on improving execution and collaboration alongside Chris Beck, President & CEO, and the regional managing partners.
The new regional managing partners include Peter Reed for the United States, Drew Railton for Canada, Alex Alcott for Europe, and Rob Wilder for the MENA region. They will report to Blank and work closely with practice leaders to drive strategic priorities and ensure alignment across geographies.
With over 20 years in executive search, Blank brings a wealth of experience, particularly in healthcare and private equity sectors. His client-centered approach and execution capabilities have been pivotal in leadership recruitment and succession planning.
