Caldwell Enhances Expertise with New Partner Ben Sturnham
On December 3, 2025, Caldwell Partners International, a retained executive search firm, announced a significant expansion of its Financial Services and Real Estate divisions. Ben Sturnham joins as a Partner, bringing over two decades of global executive search experience. Based in London, Sturnham will provide advice on board and C-suite recruitment across real estate and financial services in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
Previously, Sturnham worked with firms including private equity, sovereign funds, and investment banks, covering areas from capital raising to asset optimization. His past roles include senior positions in global executive firms and building a real estate division in an Australian boutique. Notably, he began his career representing England in rugby.
Glenn Buggy and Paul Heller, global managing partners at Caldwell, highlighted Sturnham's insight and sector knowledge. CEO Chris Beck noted the appointment as pivotal for strengthening Caldwell's platform and capabilities in financial services and real estate.
