TeamViewer has reported a significant uptake of its AI offerings. Within just three months of product promotion, TeamViewer AI has facilitated over 270,000 remote IT support sessions. This adoption has resulted in substantial efficiency gains, including a 25% decrease in issue resolution time, with documentation work reduced by 5-10 minutes per ticket.

The company saw a 400% increase in active AI users from July to October 2025. Approximately 10,000 customers have embraced the AI features, with a 60% growth in active users recorded from September to October. These advancements support TeamViewer's aim to leverage its proprietary data for enhancing AI capabilities.

TeamViewer is set to showcase these innovations at the upcoming Microsoft Ignite conference in San Francisco. The continuous growth exhibits the real return on investment that their AI technology is providing to their customers.
