Chairman of Cantourage Group SE to Step Down Early

Cantourage Group SE has announced the early departure of its Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Philip Schetter. The decision was made for personal reasons, as communicated by Mr. Schetter to the Supervisory Board. Originally intended to complete his term, Mr. Schetter has opted to step down before the end date.

The Supervisory Board has agreed to Mr. Schetter's decision and will soon begin searching for a suitable successor. During this transition period, Mr. Schetter will continue to fulfill his responsibilities to ensure a seamless handover.
