ENERPARC Secures €266 Million Financing for Solar PV Pipeline

ENERPARC AG has obtained a €266 million financing package from LBBW to support a 400 MWp solar PV pipeline in Germany. The funding comprises a €216 million senior secured project finance facility and a €50 million revolving credit facility. This financial arrangement, facilitated by Capcora, aims to accommodate diverse revenue streams and ensure long-term sustainability.

The project finance facility will fund ENERPARC’s solar PV assets for 24 months, covering construction and operation. It offers stability and flexibility, supporting revenue models such as Feed-in Tariffs and Power Purchase Agreements. LBBW highlighted the strategic significance of this deal for Germany's energy transition.

ENERPARC aims to scale its solar portfolio significantly through this investment. The financing's tailored structure allows the company to optimize revenue models amid a rapidly changing market, signaling a strong commitment to green energy expansion.
