This acquisition aligns with the company's Bitcoin Treasury strategy, which focuses on increasing BTC holdings per share over time. The average acquisition value of their Bitcoin portfolio stands at €309.7 million, with an average cost of €87,854 per Bitcoin.
Additionally, the company completed a capital increase, issuing shares at €5.64 each, raising €0.25 million. This move is part of an "ATM" type capital increase agreement with TOBAM, underscoring Capital B's strategy of leveraging equity to expand its Bitcoin assets.
The company's year-to-date Bitcoin yield is reported at 2.19%, alongside a Bitcoin gain of 61.9 BTC and a monetary gain of €4.2 million. Capital B remains focused on strengthening its Bitcoin reserves, aiming for long-term growth in Bitcoin value per share.
