Carbeeza Reaches Settlement Agreement with Claimants

Carbeeza Inc., a Canadian software company, announced a settlement agreement with Northern Micro Inc. and IDX Systems Corp. This follows a claim filed by the Claimants for unpaid professional services related to previous agreements. Carbeeza will pay $1,700,000, including taxes, in monthly installments until September 2027. The agreement allows Carbeeza to make additional payments in advance without penalties. Completion of payments will result in the filing of a claim discontinuance in Alberta.
