CARBIOS Announces AGM Results and Board Composition Update

On June 20, 2025, CARBIOS, a leader in biological solutions for plastic and textile recycling, shared the outcomes of its Annual General Meeting held on June 19, 2025. During the meeting, shareholders representation constituted 31.18% of the capital and 31.25% of voting rights. All resolutions passed, except the 21st Resolution.

The directors' terms for Business Opportunities for L'Oréal Development (BOLD), Michelin Ventures, and others were renewed. Resignations were presented by Mr. Juan de Pablo, Ms. Amandine de Souza, and Ms. Sandrine Conseiller. Effective June 20, 2025, the Board will include seven directors, with three being independent. A co-optation is planned for Ms. Julie Sonies, a seasoned finance professional, as an independent director at the upcoming Board meeting.
