Carrefour Announces Voting Rights and Shares Update

Carrefour, a French société anonyme with a share capital of €1,694,922,970, has released information regarding its voting rights and shares as of 31 March 2025. This update is in accordance with article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General regulation of the French financial market authority.

On this date, Carrefour's total number of issued shares amounts to 677,969,188. The real number of voting rights, excluding treasury shares, is 799,742,199.
