Carrefour Launches Tender Offer and Plans New Note Issuance
Carrefour has announced a tender offer for its €1 billion notes maturing in December 2027 with an interest rate of 2.625%. Concurrently, it intends to issue new euro-denominated fixed rate notes under its EMTN programme.
The offer adheres to the terms in the Tender Offer Memorandum dated April 29, 2025. The acceptance limit equals the principal of the New Notes minus €300 million, subject to Carrefour’s discretion. This move aims to optimize debt maturity and manage liquidity effectively.
The tender offer is open from April 29 to May 6, 2025, with results to be announced on May 7.
