Casino Group: Status Report on the Financial Strengthening Project

On March 31, 2026, the Casino Group announced an update on its project to adapt and strengthen its financial structure. This project has already been the subject of several communications, notably on March 16, 2026. The new proposals received are now available on the group's website.

For the time being, no agreement has been reached between Casino, FRH, and its creditors. Discussions will continue to reach an agreement. The Group has obtained an extension, postponing the maturity of its financing until the end of May 2026, with the aim of resolving the situation by June 2026.
