Casino Groupe extends creditor consents until September 2026

The Casino Group announced that it has obtained an extension of the consents from its creditors RCF and Quatrim. The creditors have agreed not to use the ongoing discussions regarding the financial restructuring plan as a means of action. These consents are valid until September 24, 2026.

Furthermore, Casino obtains a postponement of the maturity of its operational financing to the same date, except for the Monoprix RCF which is postponed to September 29, 2026. However, the TLB lenders refused to extend their consent, opening the way to possible legal action concerning the safeguard plan.

Casino is preparing to defend its rights before the Paris Economic Activities Court, which will examine the proposed modifications to the safeguard plans.
