CBo Territoria Cancels Treasury Shares
CBo Territoria has announced the cancellation of 1,047,394 treasury shares. This decision was made by the Board of Directors and represents 2.87% of the company's share capital. The cancellation was authorized by the Shareholders' General Meeting on April 30, 2025.
Following this action, the company's share capital is now 46,860,000 euros, divided into 35,500,000 shares with a nominal value of 1.32 euros each. After the cancellation, CBo Territoria owns 424,267 of its own shares, excluding those allocated to the liquidity agreement. As of January 7, 2026, the company's liquidity account held 41,035 shares.
