CBo Territoria General Meeting: Resolutions Adopted and Dividend Confirmed
On April 28, 2026, CBo Territoria held its Combined General Meeting under the chairmanship of Ms. Géraldine Neyret Gleizes in Sainte-Marie. All resolutions were approved, including the financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year and the distribution of a gross dividend of €0.24 per share, payable in cash on June 12, 2026.
Decisions regarding executive compensation, the share buyback program, and certain financial delegations were approved. The Board of Directors maintains its composition with eight members, respecting gender parity and independence.
The results of the votes will be published on the CBo Territoria website, with the next financial publication scheduled for September 8, 2026.
