CBo Territoria: update of voting rights and shares

CBo Territoria, a company based in Réunion, has published key information regarding its share capital as of October 31, 2025. The total number of shares is 36,547,394. This also defines the theoretical total number of voting rights. However, the actual total number of voting rights is adjusted to 35,033,390, taking into account shares without voting rights, such as those held in treasury.
