Economic development in Mayotte: CBo Territoria launches MARASHI and MULIMA

On September 24, 2026, CBo Territoria launched two major projects in Combani, Mayotte: the MARASHI service hub and the MULIMA retail park. These projects aim to strengthen the local supply of services and businesses, contributing to the island's economic attractiveness.

MARASHI, with its compact design, will offer banking and insurance services, as well as office space. Companies such as Groupama and Crédit Agricole have already confirmed their presence. Meanwhile, MULIMA will offer approximately 1,500 m² of retail space, accommodating new brands with contemporary architecture.

Both developments are part of a seismic and cyclone-resistant framework shared with the Ylang Ylang shopping center. Deliveries are scheduled for 2027, further boosting the dynamism of Combani.
