Foundation Stone Laid for Galabé Office Project in Saint-Paul

CBo Territoria has initiated the Galabé office project in Saint-Paul's Savanna business district. The project comprises two buildings offering nearly 4,200 sqm of flexible office space and 132 parking spots. It aims to enhance the group's office property portfolio, with the potential sale of a 1,725 sqm building. The location, near major roads, the Western Hospital Center, and the Ecocity zone, underscores the area's economic potential.

The design is inspired by the "galabé" sugar loaf, emphasizing climate adaptation and sustainability, aligned with BREEAM standards. CBo Territoria aspires for it to be Réunion's first BREEAM-certified office project. Completion is anticipated in late 2027.
