Gardenia Garden: Certified Residence in a Sustainable City

On November 18th, CBo Territoria delivered the second phase of the Jardin des Gardénias residence in Sainte-Marie. This project, comprising 78 intermediate rental apartments, illustrates CBo Territoria's commitment to providing quality housing. The apartments are designed to suit modern lifestyles, each featuring a spacious veranda that enhances residents' comfort.

The contemporary architecture of the Jardin des Gardénias blends harmoniously into the sustainable tropical city of Beauséjour. Certified NF Habitat, it guarantees energy efficiency, safety, and air quality, while adhering to responsible construction practices. CBo Territoria thus reaffirms its commitment to an improved living environment in Réunion.

In partnership with SHLMR, CBo Territoria promotes professional integration by implementing programs to help people facing difficulties find employment. Twenty beneficiaries were involved in this project, totaling 10,793 hours of work. The Jardin des Gardénias project marks a further step in improving local economic activity.
