Les Aloes: New Rental Homes Delivered on Réunion Island

In a bid to address the housing demand on Réunion Island, CBo Territoria has delivered the first phase of the Les Aloes development to SHLMR (Action Logement Group). This phase includes 35 new intermediate rental apartments, unveiled on July 22, 2026. The units are part of the Aloe Macra project comprising one, two, and three-bedroom options across two six-story buildings.

The development features 55 parking spaces and aligns with NF Habitat certification standards, ensuring comfort, safety, and environmental responsibility. Notably, the project contributed over 9,000 hours of employment for those re-entering the workforce.

The next phase, slated for late 2026, will complete a 10-story tower, marking the tallest building in the Beauséjour urban center. This collaboration highlights CBo Territoria and SHLMR's commitment to quality housing and sustainable urban development.
