Monthly update of CBo Territoria voting rights

CBo Territoria, a public limited company with a share capital of €46,860,000, has published its monthly data relating to the number of voting rights and shares. According to information as of April 30, 2026, the share capital consists of 35,500,000 shares. This figure corresponds to the theoretical total number of voting rights.

However, the actual total number of voting rights, adjusted to account for non-voting shares, is slightly lower, at 35,030,500. This difference reflects the proportion of treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights.
