CCL Industries Completes Acquisition of Sleever International

CCL Industries Inc., a global leader in specialty label and packaging solutions, has finalized its acquisition of Sleever International. Sleever, a private manufacturer of shrink sleeve labels and related products, is now part of CCL's portfolio, with its operations being integrated into the CCL Label and Innovia Films divisions.

The acquisition marks a strategic expansion for CCL into the consumer packaged goods and healthcare sectors. Guenther Birkner, currently President of CCL Label's Food & Beverage sector and Innovia Films, will oversee the acquisition's integration.

Geoffrey T. Martin, CEO of CCL Industries, confirmed that Sleever's former principal shareholder, Eric Fresnel, will stay on as an advisor. CCL remains cautious about forward-looking statements due to various market risks.
