On September 29, 2026, Cegedim Santé announced the integration of the Claude Bernard AI Assistant into its primary care solutions, such as Maiia Médecin, MLM, and Crossway. This new conversational assistant allows physicians to directly access reliable and contextualized medical information. This innovation is designed to streamline the decision-making process without disrupting the patient care pathway.
The assistant provides accurate answers based on reliable sources such as the Claude Bernard database and the French National Authority for Health (HAS). Accessible from the ED module, it interacts using natural language and adapts to the patient's profile when necessary. This integration aims to overcome the limitations of general-purpose AI tools not specifically adapted to the medical field.
The deployment of the Claude Bernard AI Assistant reflects Cegedim Santé's commitment to offering secure technology, hosted in France and compliant with European regulations. This innovation, already available to current users, will be extended to physiotherapists with Maiia Kiné.
