Centrotherm international AG Announces Supervisory Board Changes
centrotherm international AG, based in Blaubeuren, has announced changes to its Supervisory Board following adjustments in the shareholder structure. Hans-Hasso Kersten and Dr. Xinan Jia have resigned from their positions, effective December 17, 2025. The current Chairman, Robert M. Hartung, will continue to serve on the board.
The company's Management Board plans to request the Ulm Local Court to appoint two new members, with the expectation of finalization by January 2026. The new main shareholder, Ardian Semiconductor fund, will have two representatives on the board.
Dr. Xinan Jia and Hans-Hasso Kersten have been pivotal in the company's development, with Jia involved since 2006 and Kersten since 2014, contributing significantly in their roles.
