Cerinnov Group: Declaration of the Number of Shares and Voting Rights
On June 3, 2025, Cerinnov Group announced its monthly disclosure of its number of shares and voting rights. In accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, the total number of shares stands at 5,075,850, while theoretical voting rights stand at 6,525,187.
The treasury shares held in bearer form, which are deprived of voting rights, amount to 16,485. As a result, the exercisable voting rights are 6,508,702. These figures are as of May 31, 2025, reflecting the current capital structure of the company specializing in robotic engineering and innovative equipment for Industry 4.0.
