CF Energy Appoints New Auditor for 2025

CF Energy Corp., a Canadian energy provider operating in the People's Republic of China, has announced the appointment of WWC, P.C., Certified Public Accountants, as its new auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. This decision follows the recommendation of the company's audit committee.

Ann Lin, Chair of CF Energy, expressed satisfaction with the appointment, highlighting WWC's industry experience and international presence in countries such as Canada, the PRC, and the US. She also acknowledged the professional services provided by the previous auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited.

CF Energy, listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange under the symbol "CFY", is focused on merging clean energy technology with natural gas distribution to offer sustainable energy solutions in China.
