CFI announces a successful fundraising of €397,000

On December 23, 2025, CFI - Compagnie Foncière Internationale announced the successful completion of its capital increase, raising gross proceeds of €397,214.16. This transaction aimed to replenish the company's equity. Financière Apsys, the majority shareholder, played a key role by subscribing to 380,603 of the 407,732 new shares issued on an irrevocable basis. The increase generated higher-than-expected interest, achieving a subscription rate of 114%.

The issuance of 427,112 new shares enabled CFI to rebalance its capital levels, which had been reduced earlier by €205,014 through a decrease in the par value of the shares. Following this transaction, Financière Apsys's stake in the share capital increased slightly to 90.55%. The new shares will be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris from December 29, 2025.

This transaction reflects a prudent financial management strategy aimed at strengthening CFI's financial position. The dilution of existing shareholders' stakes is a direct consequence of this capital increase.
