Compagnie Chargeurs Invest Secures €108 Million in New Financing
Compagnie Chargeurs Invest has successfully raised €108 million in new financing. This follows a €75 million syndicated loan in December 2024. The new financing comprises a competitive syndicated loan and bilateral credit lines.
The syndicated loan involves major financial institutions: Groupe BPCE, HSBC Continental Europe, La Banque Postale, and AG2R La Mondiale. It offers a long maturity until 2029-2030 with a competitive margin structure and a gearing ratio of ≤ 1.2x. Notably, it is sustainability-linked, reflecting the company's CSR commitment.
Additionally, Arkéa Banque and Bpifrance have extended renewable bilateral credit facilities. This funding will bolster Compagnie Chargeurs Invest's strategic focus on sustainable value creation.
