Charwood Innovation launches €1.5 million bond issue on LITA.co

Charwood Innovation, a subsidiary of Charwood Energy, announces the issuance of up to €1.5 million in bonds via LITA.co, a crowdfunding platform focused on sustainable investing. This initiative aims to finance the deployment of a specialized pyrogasification innovation center, 75% of which is backed by Charwood Energy.

Pyrogasification represents a solution for the transition to carbon-free energy, an essential element given that 45% of energy consumption still relies on natural gas. Charwood Energy, through Charwood Innovation, aims to meet the growing needs of manufacturers seeking to green their energy mix.

This bond issue, offering a gross interest rate of 9%, features a minimum subscription of €300. The funds raised will enable the industrialization of pyrogasification and the development of new applications for syngas.
